Dr. Edmond CroninDr. Edmond Cronin, electrophysiologist, has joined HOCC’s medical staff. His medical areas of interest include atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, catheter ablation, pacemaker and ICD lead extraction, subcutaneous defibrillator and clinical research. He is also on staff at Hartford Hospital, where he practices (860.972.1506).

Cronin earned his medical degree from University College, Cork, Ireland; completed an internship at Cork University Hospital, Ireland; and internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, Ireland. He completed a clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He was also a clinical scholar at Cleveland Clinic. Cronin is also an attending physician at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.
